Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by We Should Be Golfing, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 13203 SE 172nd Ave, STE 166 #108, Happy Valley, OR 97086.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families or households are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on June 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 1, 2025, or once the limited-run Scrambles ball markers are sold out, whichever comes first (“Entry Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to extend or modify the Entry Period at its sole discretion.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry:

Entrants will receive ten (10) entries for each Scrambles ball marker purchased at shop.weshouldgolf.com during the Entry Period. From time to time, Sponsor may offer increased entry values (e.g., limited-time multipliers). Any such changes will be clearly disclosed on the product page and/or via email or SMS.

b. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, visit shop.weshouldgolf.com/pages/1k-subscriber-giveaway during the Entry Period and complete the giveaway form in full, including your name, email address, and phone number. Incomplete entries will not be counted. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Scotty Cameron putter (model and specs at Sponsor’s discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $400–$500 USD. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur within five (5) business days after the giveaway ends. The selected winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Terms

Multiple entries from the same person using different emails or phone numbers will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time, for any reason, including tecnical falures or fraud. By participating, participants agree to recieve marketing emails and/or SMS messages from We Should Golf. Consent is not a condition of purchase. MSG/Data rates may apply. Frequency varies. 8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

9. Privacy

Information submitted will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.
