Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at We Should Golf.
Fulfillment Timeline
We do our best to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible—usually within 2–4 business days.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the expected ship date will be listed on the product page. Your full order will ship once all items are available. If you'd prefer in-stock items shipped separately, reach out to us—we’ll try to accommodate.
That said, we're a small crew (just Allen and Jake), and sometimes we're traveling, filming, or—yeah—playing golf. If we’re on the road, fulfillment may be slightly delayed until we’re back in the shop. If that’s ever the case, we’ll send you a heads-up email.

Delivery Estimates

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it’s considered fulfilled on our end. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package says delivered but you didn’t receive it:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses entered at checkout.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability. We’ll keep you posted and send tracking for each package.
International Orders
We currently offer limited international shipping. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included at checkout.
