We try to keep it simple, but fair. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds at We Should Golf.
Return Window
You’ve got 14 days from when your order is marked delivered to request a return. If it’s past that, we’re not able to take it back.
What Can Be Returned

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition

Final Sale items cannot be returned—if it was marked Final Sale at checkout, it’s yours for good
Return Shipping

Return shipping is your responsibility

We recommend using a trackable service; we’re not liable for returns that get lost in transit
Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

This covers inspection, repackaging, and processing

(Does not apply to returns made in-person at our physical pop-ups or Point of Sale events)
Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Give it 5–10 business days to show up on your end

Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. If your tracking info shows a package was delivered and you didn’t get it, you’ll need to follow up directly with the carrier.
